Next is Sassy Sally's - She is a bit sassy, full of flavor, moderate heat, a good level of acidity to cut through fatty meats, bit of character from the ferment and fresh tones from the herbs. I can literally use this on just about anything. But favs are fried chicken, and barbecue.
