Sassy Sally’s is a spicy little number. Just like my spicy little wifey. Lover of some spicy chicken wings or buffalo style chicken burger washed down with a cold one. You’ll find this perfect for a similar match. Or if you’re like me, you’ll put it on just about Anything. We made this one with a red cayenne, bird’s eye, shallot, and garlic mash. Then finished with white Vinegar, and accented with a lick of dill and thyme. Complimented by guajilo and ancho chillies. Enjoy, and get sassy like sally.
Ingredients: Cayenne Chilli 35%, Distilled Vinegar, Water, Thai Chlli, Guajilo Chilli, Ancho Chilli, Thyme, Dill, Starter Culture: Lactobacillus Plantarum
Shake well and refrigerate after opening
